Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager – Affiliate Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and manage affiliate partnerships focused on driving new customer growth for Zivanta Analytics, which owns several digital marketing sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of managing affiliate campaigns as well as discovering and testing new affiliate partnerships. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring affiliate agreements are driving high quality users efficiently, with a focus on scale, efficiency, and true incremental growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is solutions-oriented, thrives under pressure, enjoys fast-paced work and is motivated by success.

Required Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field
2. Candidates should have 3-5+ years of hands-on experience driving growth via affiliate marketing
3. Candidates will have experience developing affiliate marketing partnerships and managing ongoing campaigns across a variety of partners

Preferred Skills:

1. Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from third-party platforms and adapt to custom internal tools
2. Experience managing scaled affiliate platforms such as Impact Radius, CJ, HasOffers, Awin, ShareASale etc.
3. Experience in manipulating data from platforms such Looker, Amplitude, Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch, Google Analytics, Segment, Excel, etc.
